In our builders spot light we are going to feature my good friend Tom from PA. he is a great builder who is very good at what he does and hes built some great "CHICKEN HAULERS" Kick back and relax and take a look at the pictures. Belwo is a truck made by Little Joe what a sweet Kenworth.

Dennis Aust Kenworth W900L
Anyhow , here is project W-9 . I used a Dennis Aust W-900L conversion kit , mounted it on a Herpa, CH Mack frame that was shortened in the nose & stretched in the middle, took the sleeper , wheels , & windshield wipers from a Promotex T-600 and scratch built the quarter fenders, mudflaps, airhorns, air cleaner shields , extenders and light bar on the sleeper

PETERBILT 379ect. HOOD
The black and white truck is a stretched 379 (hood and frame), with a custom made cat diesel (modeled off a c model). It also has custom built air cleaners, visor, tanks, and batterey boxes.

Toms Truck Stop
Here is atruck stop built by Tom to showcase his award winning model trucks. The Petro Canada truck stop was inspired by a trip to Quebec Canada where he seen a truck stop like this. The main building is from model power while the fuel island was scratch built. As you can tell it is a custom in progress due to the fact the the parking lot still needs to "PAVED". On the left side is a housing develpment and on the right is a Blue Beacon truck wash. I'm told that he has added a Cat Scale to the lot also.
